I mentioned in the blog below that I have different college affiliations, mostly based on my fanaticism for the mascots. I also have some favorite pro teams based on this as well, but most of those are just based on doing well over the years and other quirks.
Here's a quick rundown of my college allegiances and the sports involved:
Purdue Boilermakers (duh) - everything
Air Force Falcons - football, basketball
Iowa Hawkeyes - football
Kansas Jayhawks - football, basketball
Louisville Cardinals - football
North Carolina Tar Heels - basketball
Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens - football (2003 Natl. Champs, 2007 runner-ups)
Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawks - football (Div. III National Champs baby!)
Johns Hopkins Blue Jays - lacrosse (2007 National Champions!)
Bowling Green Falcons - football
So yeah, I have my favorites for reasons I've cited before. And I love cheering them on whenever they take the field or the hardwood.
